• ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.

Eleven Labs runs a deliberately lean finance team across 10+ legal entities and 40+ countries. The stack is built around Net Suite, Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob and Pigment, with a Big Query/dbt warehouse underneath. We want a close where people review exceptions and agents handle the rest. You'll own that stack, from architecture and integrations to controls and vendors. This is a builder role, not a ticket queue.

• Run Net Suite end to end. That covers multi-subsidiary setup, chart of accounts and segments, scripting and workflows, release management, and roles and segregation of duties as we build toward public-company controls.

• Own the integration layer:
  Stripe, Ramp, Deel and HiBob into Net Suite, and Net Suite into the warehouse. Month-end should reconcile by design instead of by hand.

• Lead selection and rollout of new systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration. You'll also handle the finance setup of every new entity.

• Build with AI, alongside our Automations and Data teams. Examples include agents and automations for invoice coding, people-cost reconciliations and accounting requests.
