Duties/responsibilities:
- Air or Road freight export operations.
- Co-ordination with customers and overseas agents.
- Door to door shipments.
- Prepare and submit export customs entries on CDS.
- Fully compliant in all freight/shipping procedures.
- Monitor ETA and advise of any changes.
- Updating customers with the status of their shipments.
- Ensuring each Customer receives all required documentation.
- Invoicing jobs in a timely manner.
