The Work

This is varied HGV Class 1 general haulage
work, so you're not necessarily doing exactly the same run every day.

Typical duties can include:

General haulage
Trunking
RDC deliveries and collections
Curtain-sided trailers
Palletised loads
Local, regional and longer-distance runs
Completing delivery paperwork
Carrying out daily vehicle checks

Day shifts only
, predominantly working Monday to Friday
.

Pay & Hours

£19.00 per hour PAYE including holiday pay

What We're Looking For

You'll need a:

HGV Class 1 / Category C+E licence
Valid Driver CPC
Digital Tachograph Card
Good knowledge of drivers' hours and Working Time rules
Professional and reliable approach
Previous Class 1 general haulage experience preferred

We're particularly interested in drivers who want to become regular faces on the contract
, rather than simply picking up an occasional shift.
