Class 1 Drivers – £20ph, Early Starts & Regular Work!Drivers Today are recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 / C+E Drivers for a busy, established transport operation in Stoke-on-Trent.

We're offering £20 per hour, regular 06:00 starts and the opportunity to settle into an ongoing position rather than constantly chasing the next agency shift.
Fancy the occasional night out to increase your earning potential? Great! Prefer to get home every night? That's absolutely fine too!
The JobYou’ll be carrying out HGV Class 1 general haulage deliveries and collections, driving articulated vehicles on local, regional and longer-distance routes.
Your duties will include:
- HGV Class 1 / Category C+E driving
- General haulage deliveries and collections
- Curtain-sided trailers
- Local, regional and nationwide routes as required
- Regular 06:00 starts
- Monday-to-Friday day shifts
- Completing delivery paperwork
- Daily vehicle and trailer checks
- Following drivers' hours and tachograph regulations
£20.00 per hour
Long-term, ongoing work
06:00 starts
Monday to Friday
Nights out available but NOT compulsory
Weekly pay
Regular work with the same transport operation
What We're Looking ForYou’ll need:
- Valid HGV Class 1 / Category C+E licence
- Driver CPC
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous Class 1 driving experience
- General haulage experience preferred
- Good knowledge of drivers' hours and tachograph regulations
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Good timekeeping and communication skills
We're looking for dependable drivers who want to become a regular part of the operation.
Nights Out? Your Choice!One of the biggest advantages of this job is the flexibility.
If you're happy to do the occasional night out, there are opportunities available.
If you'd rather be home every evening, that's fine too — nights out are not compulsory.
