Position

FLT Counterbalance Driver – Temporary – Trentham Lakes (ST4)

Responsibilities

Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently in warehouse and production areas
Load and unload materials and products as required
Ensure stock and materials are stored safely and accurately
Assist production and warehouse teams with material handling
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Complete relevant paperwork and report any issues promptly

Minimum Requirements

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Valid FLT (counterbalance) licence and experience operating in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Good attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to work as part of a team
Comfortable with manual handling (reasonable adjustments considered)

Pay and Hours

Pay rate: £13.39 per hour / PAYE, paid weekly.

Working hours:

36.5 Hours – Monday to Thursday 06:00–14:00 / Friday 06:00–13:00. Rotating shift:
Monday‑Thursday 14:00–22:00 / Friday 13:00–20:00.

Other Information

Position is subject to a Mandatory Health & Safety Site Induction prior to starting. Commutable from areas such as Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Hanley, Longton, Burslem, Tunstall, Fenton, Trentham and surrounding areas.
