Frasers Group is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for evening shifts to lead and develop Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors. You will coach, manage performance and partner with the Section Manager to hit on-time, in-full customer demand while upholding safety standards.
You’ll drive labour planning, address performance gaps with clear action plans and support culture change initiatives to reduce turnover and improve engagement across the warehouse.
