Warehouse First Line Manager – PM

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the warehouse in the assigned area
• Lead, motivate and develop the team to achieve targets
• Support site and customer continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as an advocate for cultural change on site
• Ensure operational processes comply with company policies
• Identify risks and escalate findings
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand customer and company requirements
• Incorporate requirements into planning and reporting tools, activities and projects

• Proven track record as a team leader/first line manager within a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to effectively lead, develop and manage a team
• Ability to identify areas for development and recognise success
• Adaptability in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment
• Excellent people skills
• Good understanding of Health & Safety
• Ability to work an 'any 5 from 7' day shift pattern from 14:00-22:00
