Vaco Atlanta has partnered with a rapidly growing client in Stone Mountain, GA in their search for a Bilingual Senior Accountant
. This is a DIRECT HIRE (permanent) position that requires 100% in-office
. Only candidates who live in the metropolitan Atlanta area will be considered.

• Manage full month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and sales cash reconciliations across multiple locations
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and post monthly depreciation
• Track and account for leases in accordance with lease accounting standards
• Develop and maintain detailed month-end close checklists and documentation
• Reconcile prepaid and deferred expenses; ensure proper accrual-based accounting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial reporting with operational data
• Identify process improvement opportunities and document accounting procedures

• Bilingual in Spanish REQUIRED
• 5+ years of general ledger accounting experience, including full month-end close
• Strong proficiency in bank and cash reconciliations
• Experience with fixed asset and lease accounting
• Proven track record of process improvement and documentation
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
