The Manager, Central Returns Center manages the daily reporting and analytics of sales and inventory management in Reverse Logistics. They partner closely with the Sr. Director and Director of Reverse Logistics in developing short‑and long‑term strategic plans to deliver financial commitments and maximize the overall value of liquidation inventory. Additionally, they work closely with the sales and operations team to identify and implement new selling channels and digital partnerships.
Other duties are performed as assigned.
- Analyze daily sales projections and provide clear, actionable reports and recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate monthly revenue accounting and associated inventory tracking.
- Work closely with leadership and the sales team to identify, develop, and implement short‑and long‑term strategies to improve sales performance and maximize inventory value.
- Make inventory valuation recommendations based on factors such as inventory age, volume, and market conditions.
- Offer insights and perspectives for seasonal and monthly sales projections and planning.
- Act as a subject matter expert on broader market conditions, including recent developments and trends in reverse logistics and digital purchasing.
- Evaluate business practices, policies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for optimization and implement process improvements.
- Partner with internal teams, including store operations, distribution operations, finance, technology, and merchants, to determine the most profitable channels for seasonal merchandise liquidation.
- Communicate confidently and transparently with all levels of the organization.

- Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. 3‑5 years of related experience.
