Landscape Designer​/Horticultural Project Coordinator

Part-Time or Full-Time — Flexible Hours

Pay:
Design Fees + Commission (Flexible Schedule – Hybrid Pay)

Earnings: ~$25–$45/hr equivalent (based on workload + commissions)

We’re looking for someone who enjoys plants, outdoor spaces, and helping homeowners improve their landscapes. This role blends light design, estimating, site visits, and customer communication.

• Visit customer properties to assess landscape needs
• Provide friendly on-site consultation
• Take measurements & site photos
• Create simple planting plans or layout concepts
• Recommend plant materials and products
• Prepare LMN-ready estimates (training provided)
• Assist with material sourcing
• Perform project check-ins & quality assurance
• Upload photos and updates using Company Cam

• Design / Consultation Fees: $95–$150 per appointment
• Commission: 5–10% on closed projects you design or estimate
• Flexible workload = flexible income

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to walk properties & take basic measurements
• Good communication skills
• Familiar with smartphones/apps
• Availability at least 10–15 hrs/week
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
