What you ll be doing
As the Application Engineering Senior
, you will be selecting, configuring and quoting commercial refrigeration equipment from our vast product offering and capabilities, with limited supervision.
Our team plays a pivotal role working with our outside sales team, customers, and end users to provide expert guidance in both pre- and post-sales refrigeration support. Our team s responsibilities span, selection, quotation, configuration, and problem solving of standard to complex refrigeration systems ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and that our product portfolio is applied effectively. You will also have opportunities to work as a team contributor to our industry leading engineers for both product and software development.
Whatwe are looking for
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in the refrigeration industry, with a deep understanding of refrigeration systems and components.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong math and mechanical knowledge.
- Has expert knowledge of calculations required for correctly applying equipment and equipment integration.
- May require knowledge of custom control programming.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Requires expertise in leading teams to reach goals.
- Able to use Microsoft Office.
Compensation
:
This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $93,000- $121,500 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company s applicable plan.
Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
