Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Step It Up ABA is a new Behavioral Health Care Agency providing in-home and school-based ABA therapy. Established by an active member of the United States Chaplain Corps, our goal is to improve the immediate and future lives of our clients and their families.

Schedule
  • Monday to Friday 5:00-8:00

Step-It-Up ABA is now hiring an experienced and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). If you are compassionate and enjoy working with children and adolescents, come join us!

We are a mission driven practice that is resolved on doing our part to improve the quality of life for children with ASD and their families. We offer flexible hours, with the ability to work with our team to develop a schedule that gives you the work-life balance you deserve. When you join our team, you will be empowered to make a difference in the lives of your clients and their families.

You will work with children that have autism or other developmental challenges by providing ABA therapy and implementing their treatment plan under the direction and guidance of an experienced BCBA.

Your dedicated BCBA is there for you, providing guidance along every step of the way.

Data from each session will be collected and entered electronically daily. You will be trained and supported by a team who is invested in your personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Implement the treatment plan developed by your supervising BCBA
  • Collect and record data daily
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Communicate with caregiver(s) in a professional manner
