Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $30+ an hour based on experience
Performance based sign-on bonuses offered!
Responsibilities- Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to clients as prescribed by the Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed to address the individual needs of clients.
- Document and track client progress through data collection and daily notes.
- Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective therapy and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Assist with crisis management and behavior support as needed.
- Provide therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics.
- Possession of a valid RBT certification.
- Current CPR is not required, but will need to be taken upon hire.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Experience working with individuals in various settings.
- Passion for helping individuals with autism and related developmental disorders.
- Competitive pay starting at $30+ per hour.
