iDEAL HIRE is hiring a new BCBA for our client in the education sector. This is a full-time role, working in Stone Mountain, GA, offering a competitive pay rate starting at $57/hr.

• Provide behavior analysis services and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students with autism and other behavioral challenges.
• Support and train school staff, paraprofessionals, and parents on behavior intervention techniques.
• Conduct assessments and adjust plans based on student progress.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student data and outcomes.
• Collaborate with IEP teams to design and implement effective educational strategies.
• Lead parent/teacher conferences to update on student progress.
• Monitor and evaluate student behavior to promote a positive learning environment.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices.

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• 1-3 years of school-based experience working with students with autism or behavioral challenges.
• Experience supervising ABA therapists is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in behavior management and intervention plan development.
• Knowledge of special education regulations and best practices.
