• 18 months of experience with 18 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

• Unit Details:15-20 cases per day, including cardiac caths, TAVR, mitral clips, and CTO.Uses Balloon Pump, Impella, Volcano, Angio Jet, ICE, and Laser.
• Shift & Scheduling:
  
  Shift options: 630a - 5p or 7a - 530p.On-call rotated weeknights and weekends.
• 7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
• 2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
• Proof of identification required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI
