• Provide excellent health care for patients
• Evaluate new patients and develop plansof care
• Treat patients and set measurable,functional goals
• Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises
• Supervise aides and monitor patient progress
• Address pain management as a crucial component of care
• Determine when to discharge patients andteach proper mechanics and strategies
• Write timely and accurate documentation
• Achieve a reasonable level of productivity
• Participate in research studies and help develop protocols
• Give input on policies, procedures, and strategy
• Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
• Continuing skills development by staying updated in the latest research and techniques

• Physical Therapist License in the stateof Georgia
• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
