Position: HR Specialist (Non-Manager)

Description

Talpa Supermercados is looking for a dedicated HR Specialist (Non-Manager) to join our Human Resources department in Stone Mountain. This full-time, on-site position provides an exciting opportunity to support our growing team within the retail industry, focusing on creating a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement.

As an HR Specialist, you will play a vital role in the recruitment process, employee relations, and implementing HR policies and programs. You will work closely with department managers to ensure that our HR practices align with the company's goals and contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development within a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for various positions
  • Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related issues
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related role
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
