Position: Landscape Maintenance Field Supervisor

Brave View is a well-established Landscape Maintenance company serving the Atlanta market for over 30 years. We are currently seeking a Landscape Maintenance Field Supervisor.

An ideal candidate will be an experienced leader responsible for directing crew activities, ensuring efficient resource use, personnel development, and meeting client expectations. The candidate must be capable of guiding crews to complete tasks safely and professionally, adhering to safety training and operational best practices within the timeframe set by the operations manager.

This position is approximately 60% based in Atlanta and 40% in Aiken, South Carolina, due to large accounts in those markets. Travel to Aiken for overnight stays at the company location will be required.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage contract production for 4-7 crews within budgeted hours.
• Ensure safety compliance, minimizing accidents, equipment loss/damage, and property damage.
• Maintain documentation of materials used on jobs.
• Oversee daily labor schedules and monitor work processes to ensure instructions are followed.
• Provide proper training on equipment operation.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and vehicle maintenance.
• Manage afternoon shutdown procedures.
• Review and approve timesheets.
• Enforce operating procedures and safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

Minimum of three to five years of management experience in landscape or maintenance fields preferred.

Strong knowledge of landscape horticultural practices, with a basic understanding of hardscape and irrigation systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Fluency in English required; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Excellent communication, supervisory, and mechanical skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Consent to DOT physical and drug screening.

Valid driver's license required.

Compensation includes a targeted $65,000 base salary, bonus potential, health benefits, a company vehicle, PTO, 401(k) match, and a cell phone.
