Location: Stone Mountain, GA, United States
Shift: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (some weekend duty with advanced notice)
Salary: $65,600 – $109,300 annually (based on job, location, and schedule)
Job OverviewThe Manager, Central Returns Center manages daily reporting and analytics of sales and inventory in reverse logistics, partnering with the Sr. Director and Director of Reverse Logistics on short- and long‑term strategic plans to deliver financial commitments and maximize liquidation inventory value. The role also collaborates with sales and operations teams to identify and implement new selling channels and digital partnerships.
WhatYou Will Do
- Analyze daily sales projections and provide clear, actionable reports and recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate monthly revenue accounting and associated inventory tracking.
- Work closely with leadership and the sales team to identify, develop, and implement short- and long‑term strategies to improve sales performance and maximize inventory value.
- Make inventory valuation recommendations based on factors such as inventory age, volume, and market conditions.
- Offer insights and perspectives for seasonal and monthly sales projections and planning.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on broader market conditions, recent developments and trends in reverse logistics and digital purchasing.
- Evaluate business practices, policies, and KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization and implement process improvements.
- Partner with internal teams—including store operations, distribution operations, finance, technology, and merchants—to determine the most profitable channels for seasonal merchandise liquidation.
- Communicate confidently and transparently with all levels of the organization.

Communicate confidently and transparently with all levels of the organization. - Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office programs is required for data analysis, reporting, and communication.
- Candidate with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field. 3–5 years of related experience.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands; standing for at least two hours continuously, lifting at least 30 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders; requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Capable of working a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.

Supply Chain Only and Colleagues Working in a Supply Chain Facility except in locations governed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement
Random drug testing for all colleagues will be conducted monthly or semi‑monthly, depending on facility size and colleague count. Colleagues are randomly selected by a third‑party; testing must be completed on the same workday of notification, within 24 hours.
