One on One School Nurse; LPN

Our Client is seeking a 1:1 School Nurse (LPN) to provide services in the Dekalb County, GA area.

HOURS
Monday-Friday during school hours

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

* One on One Nurse assigned to a medically fragile child during school hours, including transportation to and from school

* Care for medical needs of child(ren) throughout the day

* Monitor any changes in student's status

* Complete thorough nursing notes

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

* Active GA LPN license

* CPR certification

* Pediatric experience preferred

* Minimum of one (1) year LPN experience
