Pay Range
$16.00/hr - $19.00/hr
What You’ll Be Doing- Leasing & Tours:
Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, showcase apartment features, and match potential residents with the perfect home. - Sales Process:
Qualify prospects, assist with applications, and process background and credit checks to support timely lease signings and move‑ins. - Move‑In Coordination:
Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, inspect apartments before move‑in, and ensure all units are in excellent condition. - Customer Service:
Respond to resident service requests, answer incoming calls, and provide exceptional support to current and prospective residents. - Daily Operations:
Maintain an organized leasing office and ensure all community common areas are clean, inviting, and tour‑ready. - System Management:
Use property management software (One Site or similar) to track leasing traffic, manage availability, and maintain resident data.
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Advertising preferred).
- At least 1 year of leasing experience required.
- Familiarity with property management systems like One Site, MRI, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to close leases.
- Solid understanding of property management principles and customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus!
