ResponsibilitiesManagers lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments. These responsibilities may include:
- Managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results to teams and other managers.
- Overseeing Guest Service to ensure a great customer experience, effective sales promotions, and well‑trained service staff.
- Ensuring Kitchen operations deliver quality food quickly, maintain safety standards, control food costs, and train staff on new menu items.
- Managing the People Department to hire qualified crew, train them, schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate them.
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re seeking positive team players with flexible schedules. You must be 18 years or older to manage in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants. Experience in a fast‑paced environment and a passion for McDonald’s culture are essential.
