HVAC Maintenance Technician

Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is hiring an HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain apartment AC units and other property facilities such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. The technician will work with the maintenance team as needed.

$24.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Our Certified Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the repair and general maintenance of apartment AC units and other property facilities such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Additionally, the Certified Maintenance Technician will work with the other maintenance team members as needed.

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures
• Plumbing, carpentry, lock repair, or replacement
• Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units
• Assist in renovation projects; assist in maintaining the curb appeal of the community

• Must have your own tools; 1-2 years of HVAC/maintenance experience
• EPA Type I & II or Universal Certification
• Work well in a team environment
• Have a strong work ethic; be reliable and dependable
