ATC Income Tax is now hiring full and part-time Managers and Tax Preparers

(Seasonal Position - no experience needed)

Training will be held at our Marietta or Decatur locations (socially distanced, and via Zoom)

THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION.Employment from Mid-December thru April.

Fresh, fun tax preparation office looking for
20+ qualified Managers and Tax Preparers for busy tax preparation locations!

No tax experience necessary, will train!

Positions available in Marietta, Lithonia, Decatur, Conyers

Responsibilities include:

• Build client rapport
• Market tax preparation services to surrounding businesses and community
• Assist in managing retail tax preparation operations
• Tax return preparation (no experience needed, will train)
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Overall office efficiency
• Maintaining, organizing and tracking office files
• Ensure customer concerns are handled in a timely and professional

Requirements:

• Previous inside or outside sales experience is a must – 1year minimum
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience is a must
• Detailed oriented
• Well organized
• Self motivated
• Reliable and punctual
• Proper grammar usage in oral and written correspondence
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
• Store hours are 9am – 8pm Monday thru Saturday, POSSIBLE SUNDAYS
• You will work approximately 30 –40 hours per week.
• Compensation - Hourly base plus weekly bonuses
• There will be a short phone interview followed by anin-person interview via Zoom
• There will be a background check for all new hires
