Job Description:
We are currently hiring an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Caregiver for our Lithonia, Georgia location. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, providing quality care, and making a positive difference in clients' lives. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of caregiving experience, a caring attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing safe and respectful care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed.
- Support safe mobility and transfers as appropriate.
- Provide medication reminders according to the care plan and company policies.
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions.
- Follow care plans and maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Treat every client with dignity, patience, and respect.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of caregiving experience is required.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Compassionate and patient, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and care plans.
- Must meet applicable background check and hiring requirements.
- Driver's License
- Social Security Card
- Negative tb test results
- CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Car Insurance
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
