Overview

Joining H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist means you’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future, helping others and building client relationships that grow stronger each year.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients as they prefer to be scheduled
  • Help ensure all clients’ needs are met during service (in person, over the phone, or virtually)
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales/marketing experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office
