Children's Dental Care, a pediatric dental office in Stoneham, MA, is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, administrative expertise, and a thorough understanding of dental-office operations.

This position requires previous experience managing a dental practice and working with dental admin software
.

• Oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the dental office.
• Coordinate front-office activities, patient scheduling, confirmations, and communications.
• Experience working with Dentrix and Open Dental software.
• Manage insurance verification, billing coordination, accounts receivable, and payment processes.
• Monitor office procedures to promote efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Coordinate staff schedules, responsibilities, training, and performance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with patients, dental professionals, insurance representatives, and vendors.
• Assist with treatment coordination and help ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, customer service, and office performance.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and relationships with office suppliers.
• Handle administrative concerns with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
