Electrical Project Manager

Location: Stoneham, MA |
Schedule: Full-time, on-site

A family-owned electrical contracting firm with more than four decades of operation in Metro Boston is seeking an Electrical Project Manager. Unlike many regional competitors that have been absorbed into national platforms or private equity portfolios, this firm remains independently owned and operated by the people who built it. The role focuses heavily on design-build and fast-track commercial projects, with the project manager engaged from pre-construction forward.

All projects are within driving distance, so the role does not require overnight travel. This position opened due to growth in project volume, with a clear path to a senior project manager role as that growth continues.

• Manage commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout, including design-build scopes
• Lead foremen and field crews, with direct supervisory responsibility
• Track job costs against budget and produce projection reports
• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, architects, and owners
• Conduct weekly site visits across active projects

• 4 or more years of electrical project management or foreman experience
• Field and design-build background required
• Working knowledge of NEC codes and standards
• Ability to read construction documents, manage multiple active projects, and lead field personnel
• OSHA 10 card required

• Electrical license preferred
