• A great attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation and basic painting tools (brushes, scrapers, etc.).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to speak and understand basic English (fluency required for supervisors).
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test (excluding marijuana).
• Prior professional painting company experience (required).

• Job Type: Full‑time (with opportunities for overtime paid at 1.5×)
• Pay: $25–$35/hour (base pay, depending on experience & ability)
• Work Area:
  Boston, Brookline, Newton, Weston (with occasional projects in the North Shore and Cape)
