The Maintenance Technician maintains associations with exterior carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs, and minor roofing repairs. The role guarantees that managed communities are properly and safely maintained.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
• Execute maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Clean and repair building fixtures: lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains.
• Operate and perform routine maintenance and repairs on systems & equipment.
• Maintain company‑issued vehicle (routine PM’s, oil changes, etc.) if applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of general residential maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Customer‑service oriented and team‑oriented.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, initiates tasks, and follows up.
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes, safety regulations, OSHA, and local government requirements.
• Time‑management and prioritization skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
