Plumbing & Heating Sales Advisor

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Plumbing and Heating Sales Advisor, located in Stonehaven. The successful candidate will be responsible for inside sales, generating quotes, lead generation, closing the sale and providing excellent customer service. The P&H Sales Advisor will work collaboratively with the wider sales and operational teams to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience.

• Strong Plumbing & Heating product knowledge.
• Inside sales and lead generation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong experience in handling a high volume of calls daily.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and manage time effectively.

• Assist customers at the trade counter as required.
• Generate and qualify leads to drive sales growth and meet targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Work well with the wider sales team members to develop sales strategies and improve communication.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions for future reference.
