Base pay: $17.00 per hour.

Shifts:

7 AM – 3 PM, Friday to Tuesday.

As a Security Officer, you will maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by:

• Actively monitoring the premises and patrolling a variety of locations.
• Preserving order while enforcing regulations and directives for client sites, including personnel, visitors, and area security.
• Providing customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

• Active Connecticut State Guard Card (preferred).
• Active Connecticut State Driver’s License – reliable transportation and clean motor vehicle history.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Security experience – military or law‑enforcement experience may substitute.
• Calm, polite, and professional demeanor.
• Reliable, self‑motivated.
• High level of customer service.

• Prolonged standing and walking of long distances.
• Exposure to inclement weather.

No experience necessary! If you have retail, food service, or hospitality industry background, you are a great fit for this role. If not, we will provide you with the training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry.
