Tig Welder

We are looking for an Entry-Level TIG Welder who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and grow with a stable manufacturing company. If you have TIG welding experience, can pass a weld test, and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

• Perform TIG welding on steel and stainless-steel components
• Read basic blueprints and work instructions
• Fit, grind, and prepare parts for welding
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Learn all aspects of the fabrication and manufacturing process

• TIG welding experience through school, training, or previous work
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands‑on work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stonington, CT.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
