Lead teachers coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes, plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities, and provide a safe environment. They work directly with children and parents daily to deliver quality customer service.

- Observe children’s interests and collaborate with other teachers to develop engaging curricula
- Communicate with parents daily via mobile apps and discussions, sharing their children’s progress
- Engage with other childcare professionals and continue to grow professionally
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
- 1-2 years of previous experience (preferred)
- Completed state-required pre‑service training
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with children, parents, and staff
- Ability to calmly address stressful situations while multitasking
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and handling children safely (infants and young toddlers)
- Eligibility for a background check
