- And additional towns throughout Suffolk County!
Choose from a variety of opportunities based on your availability:
- 6-hour shifts
- 8-hour shifts
- 12-hour shifts
- Weekday and weekend schedules

Applicants must have:
- At least 1 year of HHA experience
- A valid New York State HHA Certificate
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- A physical exam completed within the past year
- PPD or QuantiFERON testing within the past year, or a chest X-ray within the past 5 years
- MMR immunization documentation within the past 10 years
