Full‑time, Monday–Sunday, 5:00 am–1:00 pm. More details will be provided during the interview.

We are hiring immediately for full‑time BARISTA positions. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available. Pay Range: $18.00–$21.00 per hour.

Make and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handle food according to HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food‑service operations. Interact with customers and other employees in a friendly, courteous manner.

• Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enter orders accurately into POS device; accept cash and charge payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of the service area.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Ensure proper food preparation by using approved recipes and following prescribed production standards.
• Keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service.
• Cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments.
• Greet customers courteously and interact in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently, and prevent delays in serving lines.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to customers.
• Serve as an advocate for selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying decision‑making process.
• Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards. Serve food neatly and attractively per standard.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
