We’re now looking for a General Manager to lead our Spencer market, while also overseeing our Orange City, Emmetsburg, and Storm Lake locations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about results, leadership, and creating positive customer experiences.

As the General Manager, you’ll drive growth and maximize success in the Spencer area. You will inspire your team, ensure smooth operations, and build the market’s presence through strong leadership, clear communication, and strategic direction.

• Leading by Example:
  Provide enthusiastic leadership to inspire your team to exceed goals and thrive.
• Streamlining Operations:
  Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Managing Revenue and Financials:
  Monitor inventory, accounts payable/receivable, and implement action plans to meet financial goals.

• Industry Knowledge:
  Experience in the Water Treatment Industry is a plus.
