- Previous experience in the vehicle rental sector is desirable, but not essential
- Applications welcomed from candidates with customer service or administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills (face-to-face, written, and telephone)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Report to the Branch Rental Manager and work as part of a team
- Deal with customer enquiries
- Allocate vehicles and coordinate collections and deliveries
- Support the branch in achieving profit and performance targets
- Help ensure the branch operates safely, efficiently and cost-effectively
