Band 3 - £28,011 - £30,230 pro rata
Plus £1,406 Distant Islands Allowance pro rata
Shifts include 7.00am - 2.00pm & 12.30pm - 7.30pm

Responsibilities- Produce and serve high-quality meals for patients, staff and external customers.
- Interpret and manage all operational aspects of the kitchen and associated areas including deliveries, preparation, storage rooms, wash up.
- Supervise staff working in these areas.
- Preferred experience within a commercial/industrial background.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food hygiene & HACCP regulations.
- Good all‑round food preparation skills and leadership skills.
- City & Guilds 706/1, 706/2 or SVQ level 3 (catering/professional cookery) and an intermediate food hygiene certificate.
- Positive and flexible approach, good leadership & communication skills, self‑motivated, ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to work flexible shift pattern, including weekends.
- Register with the PVG Scheme (Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme).
- This post is not eligible for relocation expenses.
