Operations Assistant – Stornoway (HS1 2QT
)

Salary: £27,696 (41.5 hrs per week) + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

• Serve customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
• Build rapport with customers & suppliers, responding to any queries whether that is over the phone or email and processing sales.
• General warehouse duties including goods in & out, filling paperwork, picking and packing customer orders and merchandising.
• Full‑time permanent position working 41.5 hours a week:
  Monday to Thursday 08:00‑17:00, Friday 08:00‑16:00, alternate Saturdays 09:00‑13:00 paid as overtime.

• Previous experience in sales/retail/warehouse.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn, including completion of necessary training (forklift licence training will be provided).
• A strong work ethic and desire to work as part of a team.
• Full UK manual driving licence is beneficial.
