Seasonal Colleague

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week for new colleagues. If you prefer fewer hours (minimum 12) we can consider. We provide up to 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts and support flexibility.

• Fri 16:00 – 22:00
• Sat 10:00 – 19:00

• Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride, providing great natural service.
• Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
• Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
• Apply training received to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
• Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet their needs at the right time.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance and collaborate to drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
• Live Tesco values, make everyone feel welcome and follow policies.
• May be required to accept deliveries into the store.
