As a qualified plumber, you will have experience and knowledge of working on water systems and have ideally worked in a customer‑facing role previously. You will have a friendly, flexible approach to your job, and be confident in working as part of a team as well as independently.

• Installing, maintaining and repairing pipe including joints, valves, drains and fixtures in Commercial/domestic properties.
• Responding to plumbing emergencies, determining the issue and making repairs.
• Performing regular planned maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Assisting with cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold‑water systems.
• CWST inspections and maintenance.
• Maintenance and servicing of TMVs.

• A UK recognised plumbing qualification.
• A working knowledge of water regulations/byelaws.
• Basic IT skills (able to use phone/tablet to record information, take photos, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Organised – can manage their own paperwork.
• Flexible.

• Experience of water hygiene regulations.
• Experience of working in commercial properties.
• Health and safety training.
• Good communication skills – able to liaise with clients and colleagues.
