Position: Casa Teacher Role
Empower young learners as a Casa Teacher at The Progressive Montessori Academy in Stouffville. This full-time position focuses on guiding children ages 3 to 6 through the Montessori philosophy.

As a dedicated Montessori educator, your role is to foster holistic development and encourage independence in young children. You will design an effective Casa program while ensuring a supportive and prepared environment. By collaborating with parents and colleagues, you'll guide children's educational journeys, making a significant impact on their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement the Casa educational program

• Offer personalized support to foster child development

• Ensure a well-prepared, stimulating classroom environment

• Partner with parents to enhance learning experiences

• Facilitate activities that promote independence and curiosity

Requirements:

• AMI or MACTE accredited diploma (3-6)

• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment

• Excellent planning and communication skills

• Genuine love for working with young children

• Current First Aid and CPR certification
