Reporting to the Assistant Controller, you will own the 10-K, 10-Q, proxy statements, and related reporting, ensuring SOX compliance and accurate equity award processing.
This role also serves as a key administrator for financial systems, partnering with IT and external auditors. The position is hybrid, based in Stoughton, MA, with relocation to Boston in 2027.
