General Summary
As an Occupational Therapist at Proven Behavior Solutions, you will play a crucial role as part of an inter‑disciplinary team that follows a collaborative treatment model. The OT provides diagnostic, remedial and consultative services for children with ADL, fine and gross‑motor, and access needs. Job Functions
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing progress assessments
  • Collaborate with SLPs and BCBAs to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide one‑on‑one and group therapy sessions
  • Complete assistive technology assessments, recommendations, fittings, and training
  • Provide consultation and coaching to Behavior Technicians
  • Communicate with parents and other stakeholders regularly
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation of client progress and interventions.
  • Complete clinical documentation for ongoing treatment planning and insurance billing
Preparation, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school required
  • Interest in working within a collaborative ABA model required
  • Experience with working with children with ASD preferred
  • Maintaining a valid MA license
  • Follow MA State and AOTA ethical guidelines
  • CPR/BLS preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong organizational skills
Working Conditions / Physical Demands
  • Ability to occasionally lift children, materials or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, sitting, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
