Program Director - Day Habilitation
Location:
Quincy, MA
Hours:
8am-4pm 40 hrs
Salary: $60,000.00

- Provide operational and clinical leadership for the Day Habilitation program, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centered services that align with each member's goals.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of dedicated professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring high performance.
- Oversee all program operations, including scheduling, compliance (Mass Health, CARF), billing, and facility management.
- Develop and implement engaging, culturally sensitive activities and curricula that build skills and promote social engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families, guardians, funders (DDS, MRC), and community partners.
- Ensure the implementation of Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) and person-centered planning.
- Provide direct care and support to members as needed, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
- Education/
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field and 3+ years of healthcare experience (2+ in supervision) OR 6+ years of relevant experience (3+ in supervision) in lieu of a degree. - Leadership:
Proven experience successfully leading a team in a healthcare or human services setting. - Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Mass Health regulations and a commitment to quality standards (CARF experience a plus). - Skills:
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and manage an electronic healthcare record.
- Compassion, patience, and a creative approach to program development.
- Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting and assisting members.
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
40 hrs
