Helio Outdoors is a modern outdoor brand built on a 50‑year heritage of trusted, fun and iconic products. We’re looking for a dedicated Digital Experience & Social Media Manager to support corporate business objectives and maximize revenue and profit for Helio brands. This individual contributor reporting to the Creative Services & Marketing team will deliver best‑in‑class digital experiences, website maintenance, CRM campaign management, and social media strategy from Stoughton, MA (onsite four days a week).

Key Responsibilities

• Website management: routine CMS updates, promotional banners, product availability, design, and maintenance for D2C, Amazon, Walmart, Clubs and other e‑commerce platforms.
• CRM & user‑review ecosystem: manage Aurora platforms, Bazaarvoice, and vendor/agency coordination for product and retailer review syndication.
• Social media strategy: oversee all Helio social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, etc.), create and schedule engaging content, manage community engagement, influencer and brand‑ambassador partnerships, and analyze performance metrics.
• Content development: design digital collateral, retouch images, manage video content for e‑commerce, and report weekly updates to Marketing & Sales.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and design teams to ensure consistent brand guidelines and timely asset delivery.
• Track and report campaign, social media, and CRM performance data to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years experience in digital marketing, web content management, and social media management.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Intermediate HTML skills.
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms and large asset libraries.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Project management skills and deadline‑driven approach.
• Detail‑oriented and excellent verbal/written communication.
• Experience with AI tools and techniques is a plus.
