• As a Cashier: greet guests energetically, listen to orders, suggest items, repeat orders for accuracy, and be knowledgeable of the menu and ordering system. Handle credit cards, rewards cards, and cash with focus and precision; complete thorough training before working independently.
• As a Cook: prepare and present food according to company specifications; use equipment and tools as trained to ensure quality.
• As a Shift Leader: support the General Manager in restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and training Team Members.
