Founded in 1935, Roto‑Rooter is North America’s largest plumbing, drain cleaning and water‑cleanup services provider, operating in over 100 company‑owned branches, independent contractor territories, and approximately 400 independent franchise operations.

• Engage in proactive follow‑up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for plumbing or water‑related issues.
• Leverage our established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes for repair/replacement options and effectively close sales.
• Act as a trusted information resource for Roto‑Rooter customers.
• Excavation Sales Responsibilities: identify and sell opportunities to repair and/or replace sewer lines for residential and commercial customers, conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine root intrusion or breakage.
• Water Restoration Sales Responsibilities: identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water for residential and commercial customers, perform property assessments to determine moisture levels and the need for demolition and drying.

• A valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Plumbing experience is not necessary or required.
• Organized self‑starter with an outgoing personality.
• Working knowledge of common software programs.
• Previous experience with outside sales of in‑home services is strongly desired; all outside sales experience will be considered.

• Average annual salary $75,000–$100,000 plus mileage reimbursement.
