Service Manager

Overview

NELBUD Night Field Service Manager. The Service Manager is responsible for the jobsite, safety, service quality, and any technicians assigned to them. This individual will be in the shop and in the field servicing and maintaining Kitchen Exhaust systems.

• Responsible for a group consisting of two or more Lead technicians plus their crews.
• The enforcement of all safety rules, both on and off the job site.
• Inspection of the complete Kitchen Exhaust system to include but not limited to the hoods, filters, ductwork, and exhaust fans.
• Responsible for operating and maintaining assigned vehicles.
• Properly reporting and requesting necessary vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Immediately correct and report any unsafe acts or hazardous conditions.
• Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing NELBUD.

• Valid driver’s license – company truck provided from shop to job site. To be considered for this driving position, you must be at least 20 years old with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience, in addition to a valid DL.
• Prior experience in a lead, supervisor, or manager position.
• Prior experience in Kitchen Exhaust/Hood cleaning is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work overnight, varying shift times.
• Ability to access and tolerate small spaces and work in high places.
• This is a working manager position and you will be out in the field.
